Ready to use when you need it

Setting up theLaerdal HeartStart HS2 OnSite is easy and quick. The pads and battery are already installed. Just pull the green tab to launch the initial self-test. After that, the HeartStart OnSite performs daily self-tests so you can trust that it is ready-to-go if needed.

Step-by-step guidance so you know exactly what to do

OnSite has a clean and simple interface that is easy to use and understand. Its voice instructions guide you through the entire process, from placing the pads, to delivering a shock, to performing CPR. The intelligent sensors can detect what step you are on and adjust to your level of expertise.

Fast shocks to improve treatment success

The HeartStart HS1 is reliable and safe and works by detecting a ‘shockable rhythm’ in the patient and instructing the user to deliver a shock. If no shock is needed, the unit will not tell the user to deliver one.

Programmed to perform daily, weekly or monthly Automatic Self-Tests and with a successful test indicated by a green light (active status indicator), the HeartStart is built to be ready for use when required and alerts the user when the battery is low and needs to be replaced.  This defibrillator also self checks the pads to ensure that they will deliver a shock when required.

The HeartStart is small, light and can therefore easily be carried and operated by a single person.
