Shipping Details

 

Please note we only ship to Mainland UK as standard. We can also ship to the following postcodes, but this will incur an additional cost: JE,GY,BT,IM,HS,KW and ZE.

 

Most items are held in stock and will be despatched within 2 working days from order. Delivery should be with you within 2-5 working days from shipment, However please note on a 48hr delivery the courier may take up to 10 working days before a delivery can be claimed as not delivered. (This excludes large items such as couches & medical furniture where we will contact you after payment to arrange Delivery).

We will advise if shipping is different from the above.

Shipping Costs

Delivery is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Orders over £75.00 exc. VAT shipping is FREE (excluding secondhand / reconditioned, large items such as couches & medical furniture)

Orders below £25.00 exc. VAT shipping is £5.99 + VAT

Orders from £25.00 to £74.99 exc. VAT shipping is £6.99 + VAT 

Parcels to Northern Ireland (BT Postcodes) Will incur a charge of £25.00+VAT and you are required to provide your EORI number. Some orders may incur an additional charge and a representative will contact you prior to dispatch to advise of any additional charges. 

Next Working Day Upgrade

We offer the ability for you to upgrade your order to next working day delivery for an additional £2.99 + VAT. This is also providing it is placed before 1:00pm the previous day & may be subject to stock availability (Excludes secondhand / reconditioned, large items such as couches medical furniture).

Reconditioned Couch Delivery

Delivery will be on a pallet using a third party courier, Delivery will be between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise agreed prior to order.

We do not offer a timed delivery. The Delivery will be shipped on a pallet along with packaging to protect it in transit. The pallet will be delivered to the curbside and it will be your responsibility to unload the couch from the pallet and move it into your premises.

You will also be responsible for the disposal of the pallet and packaging.
