At our facilities in Horsham, West Sussex, we have a purpose built service centre ready to handle all your repair an servicing needs. We also have engineers on the road to attend onsite anywhere in the UK easily fitting around your busy schedule to minimize disruption to your business.

With over 50 years of experience working with medical and rehabilitation devices we believe we are able to offer the best level of service in the market. With the latest test equipment and using up to date service standards, we can ensure your devices are operating safely and efficiently.

Our engineers come equipped with fully stocked service vans that carry spare parts and the relevant test equipment to ensure we deliver a first class service. This also allows them to complete minor repairs to ensure your equipment passes its service while minimising costs.

Your equipment must comply with PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998) requiring them to be safe for use, maintained in a safe condition and inspected to ensure they are correctly installed and do not subsequently deteriorate.
The insurance that is in place to cover you while treating patients and while using the devices will have a clause that requires the devices to be  serviced regularly; if you are not adhering to this clause your insurance could be invalid.
If your devices are not operating effectively then your patients may not be receiving the correct treatment dose, this may lead to an in-effective treatment or even worse an overdose.
If your device is unsafe, such as having a mains electrical fault, you could be putting yourself at risk as well as your patients or any other person that comes into contact with the device.
