To achieve light and IMPACT-LESS needle insertion: 

1) Remove needle from blister 

2) Holding the tube and push the handle in into the guide tube very slightly (approx 1mm) 

3) Using the index finger to hold the handle against the guide tube 

4) Place needle on site 

5) Put finger on handle 

6) Press handle down to inject needle 

7) Take away guide tube and manipulate the needle
