RETURN OF EQUIPMENT  
Please write the RTN number clearly on each box.  
** Please note that we can not guarantee the collection will happen on the day selected due and volume of deliveries and collections being made. **  
You must ensure that the item is fully protected within the box i.e. bubble wrap, jiffy bag and the box is sufficiently strong enough for the contents and that all accessories are individually  wrapped to avoid breakage or damage. The packaging must be sufficient enough to withstand the courier system. Packing the box with newspaper, old packaging or material will not provide enough protection. Please make sure the box is NO LARGER than 60 x 70 x 100cm. Please use more than one box, if the items cannot safely be packaged in one box and advise us how many boxes will be in the collection.  
If you are sending in your unit to us, please make sure that you take out sufficient insurance to cover for any loss or damage that may occur during transit as Trimbio will not be liable. If Trimbio are collecting the item using their courier service, the insurance will be invalid if the contents are not fully protected as per these instructions. Please send in the unit together with mains lead or power supply, heads, leads and all accessories used with the unit. Failure to do so may result in delay and extra costs for the work.  
Any breakages incurred due to insufficient packaging will be the responsibility of the customer, and Trimbio will not be liable for the costs.  
Please advise us if you specifically require any of your packaging, boxes etc returned, and if you require the unit to be returned to a different address from which it was collected.Please note if the collection is missed, you may need to pay an additional collection fee.
