With the choice of four different levels of resistance you can gradually increase your work load.
Resistances are :
Light (yellow) band is approx 1mm thickness.
Medium (red) band is approx 1.5mm thickness.
Heavy (green) band is approx 2mm thickness.
Extra Strong (blue) band is approx 2.5mm thickness.
The resistance band exercise loops measure approx 1mm to 2.5mm thick which is strength dependent, the un-stretched length is 30cm (+/-5%), but can be stretched to approx 83cm.
