We are facing an unprecedented changes in how we live our lives and I wanted to get in touch and share with you the steps we are taking regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Safety:
Our number one priority remains the safety of our customers, staff and the wider community and we are continually monitoring the advice given from HM Government and Public Health England to ensure we are being proactive and taking the appropriate steps and precautions necessary.

Following government advice, the majority of our office staff are now working remotely from home. We are also implementing a reduced warehouse and service - repair facility, with staff following social distancing protocols, We are also carrying out regular cleaning of all contact points in our building with Clinell.

Service Levels:
Our website remains fully operational along with email and phone lines, we are currently delivering orders as normal via DHL & the Royal Mail who will allow you to request that items are delivered contact-free if you are self-isolating, we are no longer allowing visitors into our premises, however collection of orders is available with new safeguarding measures. We are also still able to offer service & repair work to your Medical devices in our premises, however we are only offering customer site visits for very urgent / essential repairs, we will be following guidelines from HM Government and Public Health England on procedures including PPE requirements.

Infection Control Products:
We have limited stock of Infection Control products & PPE, however we have large orders in with the manufacturers and are seeing varying levels of supply. We are taking advanced orders for these products and will notify customer via this our newsletter email, however we are limiting the qualities per customer to ensure as many customer benefit from the limited supply.

Finally:
From everyone at Trimbio, we would like to say a huge thank you to our NHS staff and all other key workers that are working tirelessly to overcome this virus.
