VAT Exemption

If you have a disability or long term illness and need an item for personal or domestic use, or if you are buying the item on behalf of someone else who meets these criteria you may not have to pay VAT on the item.

We have marked the products on our website that are eligible for zero rate VAT with this image.

Simply add the item to your basket and at checkout complete the VAT relief form and we will adjust the VAT element if you meet the conditions.
